  • Successfully managed transition of external HR services into the Trust between January to June 2009
  • Arrested projected 13% overspend of inherited directorate budget to achieve break even position
  • Contributed to ‘Excellent’ rating in Healthcare Commission assessment through work on safeguarding children and public health
  • As part of four-person project team led the Trust’s very successful application for Foundation Trust status
